We would like to call your attention to Law on the Regulation of Establishment and Operation of Hotels and Tourist Accommodations of 2019 (N. 9(I)/2020) which includes rental villas & apartments, according to which accommodation providers are obliged to indicate the registration number of the accommodation establishment at the property and any booking websites.

Also part of the new regulations is all properties are now required certain safety features.
