Housekeeping
Your property will be thoroughly cleaned, bed stripped and remade, replenish toilet rolls and change of towels. This service also includes taking a complete inventory of the contents and reporting any breakages or repairs necessary.

Pool maintenance
We can provide complete pool maintenance for your private or communal pool. We will visit your pool twice a week to test the pH and Chlorine, clean filters and strainers, vacuum pool and check the water level.

Gardening
All aspects of gardening can be undertaken from watering plants to mowing the lawn or planting flowerbeds, palm trees and shrubs. We also specialise in astro turf (artificial grass) installation for that beautiful looking garden all year round. Key benefits from astro turf especially with the Cypriot climate are no watering and no brown patches. It is also child friendly and most of all no more mowing!Just let us know your requirements.

Welcome packs Why not make your property as inviting as possible, leave your guests a welcome pack. This can include anything you wish - maybe some fresh water, milk & bread, even some fresh flowers? Just let us know and we will arrange it.

Inventories Once your property is ready for letting we can draw up a full inventory, which will enable your property management company to check the contents every time it has been let. Utility bill administration We will collect any post from your property and can arrange for your utility bills to be paid. Banking If you need any banking carried out whilst at home in the UK let us know and we will be happy to visit your bank on your behalf. Digital photography Whilst in the UK you can keep up to date with how your development is coming along. We can take some digital photographs and email them to you so you can see it evolving over the weeks/months.
