Maintenance checks & basic repairs We will visit your property and check everything is in full working order. Any repairs will be notified to you and we can arrange for them to be carried out and oversee the workmanship.

Internal redecoration We will be happy to carry out any basic internal redecoration as required.

Vacant property checks During the winter season your property could be left unoccupied for long periods of time. We will visit your property as often as required to check all is in order and air it.
